Online Consultation | Tele-dentistry
We offer online consultations (or teledentistry) for patients. You can have a face-to-face “live” consultation with Dr. Eslampour to discuss your problems. In most cases, the doctor will be able to gather the necessary information to help arrive at a tentative diagnosis and formulate a plan of action for you. If deemed necessary after the initial consultation an in-office visit can be scheduled for you.
How Does It Work?
You will download the new patient forms (for either TMJ or sleep apnea/snoring) and fill them out just as you would for an in-office visit. Once we receive your information back we can proceed to set up a time for the virtual consultation. You will be sent a link that you can use to log on to our virtual waiting room awaiting further prompts. Contact us to schedule your online consultation now.
